The owner of Pav's (Chris Pavlou)
has been in the food business his entire life, and is proud to serve Hebron and the surrounding NW Indiana community.

My father started an imported grocery store in glen park about 40 years ago. My father worked all the time 14 -16 hours a day, so the only time I could spend time with him was if I would go to work with him. My father taught me the business and how to be a businessman.

How to take care of customers and give them a great product at a great price. My mother taught me how to be creative and my organizational skills. I went to Purdue for business and finance.

I then became a financial advisor at A.G .Edwards in Merrillville. That lasted five years until the bubble burst. The stress of handling other people's money was unbearing.

I figured that my father worked so hard at this business to make it a success, that I wanted to carry it on.

My true passion was cooking and seeing people enjoy my food!
